Five options, as LinkedIn shows them

Option 1The change that catches teams out: last year's evidence pack, resubmitted unchanged, can score lower with nothing different in the business.

The EcoVadis Workbook cover

The EcoVadis Workbook 2026. How EcoVadis scores you, and what changed in 2026.

16 pages, free, on dazzle-platform.com/ecovadis-workbook. The 9 methodology changes from April and May 2026 up front, then how each theme is scored (Policies 25%, Actions 40%, Results 35%), reading your scorecard, building the evidence library inside the 55-document limit, and a checklist to run before you submit. Every section has exercises they fill in for their own company.

Send this to anyone who likes or comments on one of your posts, or anyone you've just connected with. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Your message

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm just about to head out the door for a run and thought I'd send this through to you quickly before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I'm Robert and I run Dazzle. We're the network behind sustainability teams. When the EcoVadis questionnaire lands on your desk, or the scorecard comes back lower than expected, we match you with an independent expert who has done it before, usually within 48 hours.

I took a look at your profile and your website, and you reminded me of [CLIENT NAME] I was just on a call with.

[He/She] [RESULT].

The reason it works so well, is because EcoVadis only scores the documents you upload. Our experts know what an assessor accepts and what gets rejected, and they stay with you cycle after cycle. Across our 63 EcoVadis engagements, not one returning client switched consultants.

It's taken us 63 EcoVadis engagements for 23 companies since January 2024 to really dial this in.

And right now, we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the old "submit and hope" approach isn't a big fan of us haha. But we don't mind, the more teams that stop guessing, the better.

Anyway, I really gotta go or I'll miss my [RUN / GYM SLOT].

I'd be happy to walk you through how it works? I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow?

If not, no biggie at all. Happy to just send you our EcoVadis Workbook 2026 instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Robert 🦓

What goes in each gap

  • [TOPIC]: the post they reacted to. For a new connection, use “thanks for connecting!”.
  • [CLIENT NAME] + [RESULT]: a real client who looks like this person, with their real result. For example: Anthonie at Ewals Cargo Care, EcoVadis Gold. Liana at Marelli, CDP A- for Climate Change and Water Security with around 50% less team effort.
  • [THE OFFER]: whatever you're running right now, such as a free intro call to meet the consultant with no commitment, or a seat at the EcoVadis webinar on 14 October.
  • [RUN / GYM SLOT] and the times: whatever you're actually heading out for, and two real slots tomorrow in their time zone.
Before it goes live

Three quick checks

  • Swap your Featured. Right now it shows four older posts. Put the workbook link first, so the tile, the banner and the link all say the same thing.
  • One number each. This kit uses 63 EcoVadis engagements (your August blog post). Your posts have also said 90+ and 100+ assessments, and your site says 100+ clients while your current banner says 150+. Pick one of each and use it everywhere.
  • Make “ACCESS” easy to answer. The workbook form only accepts work emails. That's good for leads, but reply with the page link rather than the PDF so every download still lands in your list.
