Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option points people to the workbook you've already made, The EcoVadis Workbook 2026, with the keyword your own posts already used for it: “ACCESS”. Each option also shows the banner at real phone size, so you can see it reads.

Every banner and Featured tile, full size, ready to upload.

The one-shot DM

Send this to anyone who likes or comments on one of your posts, or anyone you've just connected with. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Your message

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door for a run and wanted to send this before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I'm Robert and I run Dazzle. When the EcoVadis questionnaire lands on your desk, we match you with an independent EcoVadis expert who has done it many times before. Often within 48 hours.

Your profile reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with.

[He/She] [RESULT].

It works because EcoVadis only scores the documents you upload. Our experts know what an assessor accepts and what gets rejected. That's why, across our 63 EcoVadis engagements, every client kept the same expert.

Right now we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the old "submit and hope" approach isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really gotta go or I'll miss my [RUN / GYM SLOT].

Would it help if I walked you through how it works? I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow.

If not, no biggie at all. Happy to just send you our EcoVadis Workbook 2026 instead. It's 16 pages on the 9 methodology changes this year and where teams lose points on evidence.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Robert 🦓

What goes in each gap

  • [TOPIC]: the post they reacted to. For a new connection, use “thanks for connecting!”.
  • [CLIENT NAME] + [RESULT]: a real client who looks like this person, with their real result. For example: Ewals Cargo Care and their EcoVadis Gold Medal. Marelli, team effort down around 50% and A- on Climate Change and Water Security. Kolmar Group, 5 EcoVadis projects and 10 in total.
  • [THE OFFER]: whatever you're running right now, such as a free intro call to meet the expert, or a seat at your EcoVadis webinar on 14 October.
  • [RUN / GYM SLOT] and the times: only if it's true that day, and two real slots tomorrow in their time zone.
For your target list

Invite them to a workshop

Why this workshop: It's your own webinar on 14 October, built on a real result: Viktoria, who runs it, just helped Van der Valk Solar Systems reach EcoVadis Gold, the top 5% worldwide.

Three short messages, then the reply for when they say yes. The first two only ask if they'd like to come. The link only goes out in the last one, or once they say yes. Swap the highlighted bits; anything in {curly brackets} fills in automatically.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE]." Then the rest.

The workshop

Think Like an EcoVadis Analyst

Get ready for submission in 2027. Two companies can hold the same policies and land tens of points apart. This session shows what separates them.

Format: live online, Wednesday 14 October 2026, 16:00 CEST, 60 minutes, free. Viktoria and Ana, two independent EcoVadis consultants from the Dazzle network, run it. You host and keep the last 10 minutes for questions.

1. How an EcoVadis analyst reads your answers, and what they can and can't give you credit for.
2. A weak comment box next to a strong one, rewritten live on 3 real assessment answers.
3. What changes for a 2027 submission, including the climate risk preparedness questions.

1. The invite (LinkedIn)

For a first assessment

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random. I'm hosting a free live session for sustainability managers online on Wednesday 14 October, where Viktoria, who just took Van der Valk Solar Systems to EcoVadis Gold, shows what an analyst gives credit for before your first submission. Would you like to come?

For a reassessment or a better medal

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random. I'm hosting a free live session for sustainability managers online on Wednesday 14 October, walking through how Van der Valk Solar Systems reached EcoVadis Gold, the top 5% worldwide, with Viktoria rewriting 3 real assessment answers live. Would you like to come?

Filled-in example (made-up prospect, don't send)

Hey Sanne, I saw your post about your team's first EcoVadis silver medal. Personalise it

The slots

{First name} and {Company} fill in automatically.

Which variant: if their company has no EcoVadis medal yet, send "first assessment". If they post about a medal or a score, send "reassessment".

A past chat: "I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE]", e.g. "about the CSRD Omnibus at the Amsterdam meetup".

Their recent post: "I saw your post about [TOPIC]", e.g. "about your supplier survey".

2. Follow-up (2 days later)

The message

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [NAME], a sustainability manager who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out. Keen to come?

Problems to pick from

The same policies as a competitor, but a score tens of points lower.

Evidence that passed last time now losing points under the new methodology.

The climate risk preparedness questions coming for 2027 submissions.

3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

The message

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It's 60 minutes live on Wednesday 14 October at 16:00 CEST, and we'll go deep on what a weak comment box looks like next to a strong one, on 3 real assessment answers.

If you'd like a seat, you can save one here: https://dazzle-platform.com/ecovadis-webinar-october-2026/

Once I see you've signed up, I'll give you a quick call so I can hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else will be there.

And if you're snowed under, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

When they say yes

The reply

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: https://dazzle-platform.com/ecovadis-webinar-october-2026/

Do you have 5 minutes at [TIME] or [TIME] today? I'd love to run you through who else is coming.

Four quick checks

  • 150+ or 100+? Your current banner says 150+ companies and your website says 100+. Options 1, 2 and 4 use 150+ because it's on your profile today. Update the website so the two match.
  • Your photos. Options 2 and 5 use the photo from your website and the stage photo in your Featured. If your LinkedIn photo is newer, check those still look like you today, or send a newer one and we'll swap it in.
  • Tidy your Featured. It shows five older posts right now, the oldest from 2022. Put the new tile first, and think about retiring the older two.
  • The PDF link is open. The workbook PDF on your site opens without the form, so anyone can share it past the gate. That's fine if you want it spread; if you want every email, move the file behind the thank-you page.
